Can my carer go for free?

Yes, we are very happy for an essential carer to attend our events for free, to accompany one paying child/ adult provided you are able to show one form of valid, in date Carer I.D/Proof of Carer Evidence, from our accepted list below. Please note that you must still obtain a ticket for the Carer, when you book the rest of your party's tickets.

If you have already booked your tickets and forgotten to add in your Carer ticket (subject to ticket availability), you can add your carer ticket by placing another order and link them to the same order number by selecting 'Already ordered tickets?' on the ticket page and entering the order number and order email.

IN ORDER TO OBTAIN FREE ADMISSION FOR THE CARER, YOU MUST BRING WITH YOU ON THE NIGHT, AND BE READY TO SHOW TO OUR ENTRANCE TEAM, PROOF OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• Attendance Allowance (AA)
• Blind Persons Registration
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
• CredAbility's Access Card with +1 symbol
• HYNT card
• CEA Card
• Nimbus Card with +1
• Transport for Wales bus pass with +1

Without proof as listed standard admission entry charges will apply. Any further members of the party will pay full price. Unfortunately we cannot accept blue/orange badges, HANDS cards, carers passport etc.
