About Luminate
Luminate has 5 events around the UK. Approx mile-long illuminated light trails with music, interactive moments, and cosy fire pits for marshmallow toasting. Since 2019, it’s been a festive favourite for all ages.
All events run Late November to Early January or Late December
Where
- Margam Country Park, Wales
- Birmingham Botanical Gardens, West Midlands
- Coombe Abbey, Coventry
- Ashton Court, Bristol
- Sandringham Estate, Norfolk
Shifts: Minimum 3 per week. Weekday hours approx. 4 pm–8:30/9 pm. Weekends & final pre-Christmas week approx. 4 pm–9:30/10 pm.
Roles Available
- Fire Marshal
- Entrance / Check-in
- Interactive Stewarding
- Concession Huts
All stewards also
- Guide visitors along the trail
- Assist with crowd flow
- Answer questions and handle minor issues
- Ensure every guest enjoys a safe, magical evening
Pay
- Ages 18–20: £10.85/hour + pro rata holiday pay
- Ages 21+: £12.71/hour + pro rata holiday pay
