Can I get another copy of my booking email? / When will I receive my tickets?

Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email (to the email address you submitted during the booking process – please remember to check your email junk/spam folder for this) confirming the details of your booking. At the time of booking and on the email confirmation you will see an Order/Booking Number, please make a note (take a screen shot) of your Order Number, so you can have it ready for check in.

We do not send you any actual tickets, you will just need your order number on the day. You do not need to print or show your email confirmation on arrival - we will be able to admit you using your Order/Booking Number and/or the full name of the lead booking person.

Please ensure that you arrive with your Order/Booking Number readily available or that you are aware of the FULL NAME OF THE LEAD BOOKING PERSON.
