Can I change the date/time of my booking?
We understand that circumstances can change and we are very happy, subject to availability, to help to change your booking. Any such changes must be requested/made more than 48 hours before you are booked to attend. To make any changes please follow the steps HERE.
We regret that we are unable to make changes to any bookings within 48 hours or less of the original booking date. Please note if the new time/date/venue that you are transferring to is more expensive than the original booking, the additional charges must be paid before the booking can be changed.
Regrettably if the new venue/time slot/date desired is full we are unable to make the transfer. You will either need to select a different date/timeslot or venue or retain your original booking. Refunds are not available.
