Can I bring my mobility scooter or can mobility aids be provided?
For those with mobility issues/elderly guests, the trail may be quite challenging. We strongly recommend bringing along your own mobility aids if you have any concerns as to whether a member of your party will be able to complete the trail.
Regrettably we do not have any wheelchairs/mobility scooters available on site to hire.
Please note that the car park (including disabled parking) is located approximately 300m away from the start and end point of the trail and that the trail itself is circa 1.6km long. The trail has been created to be as accessible as possible within the context of a natural woodland setting. All of the route is outside and not under cover and it is all on woodland paths, which will be muddy and uneven in places

If extreme weather conditions mean that the trail is not fully accessible for people using wheeled mobility aids (bearing in mind the general limitations as set out above), consideration will be made on a case by case basis to allow tickets to be transferred to an alternative date when the ground conditions are more suitable.
At Luminate Arley, hired in toilet facilities will be available to our guests (including accessible units), towards the start and end of the trail. The normal estate toilet facilities are not open during Luminate.
We want everybody who attends Luminate to have a wonderful experience with us and our stewards on the night will all be happy to assist you wherever possible. If you need any assistance on the night, please just ask.
If you have any further questions about access that are not covered by the above, please contact us via email on [email protected]
